Ryan was amazing with my recent purchase. He is really knowledgeable with his market knowledge and helped me get the property for a great price. His communication skills are great as he’s easy to get in contact with. He also offered helpful advice when needed. Highly recommend.
This is a difficult review to write. Generally, we found Ryan quite accommodating, however, all the good work was marred by a single episode while securing finance approval. Specifically, the phone conversation admonished me for lack of communication, only to find that our solicitor had provided this relevant information via email, and I had also sent an SMS to Ryan. To make it worse, Ryan failed to acknowledge that the seller was also not communicating effectively. Despite signing the contract on 28/12/2024, with solicitors and accountants closed until 06/01/2025, we still managed to settle within 60 days, proving we made every effort to ensure the contract settled ASAP.

Yes it took time and there were many properties that just didn't fit the brief, however Ryan kept me in mind for all the properties he dealt with and all it took was time and patience to find the right place.
