The assumption straight away is I am asked to provide a " kind review", is presumptuous. Ryan provided a CMA that was over $60,000.00 BELOW what the property sold for; which considering the sale value of the property was about 40% below sale price. He was provided with a Sellers Disclosure Statement for a second property, that his office seems to have lost, and then decided to make up their own. I did not even what to do this review but you KEEP sending out more emails insisting I leave a " kind review.
