Ryan's knowledge of the market is spot on. His communication was very good, replying to requests rapidly and keeping me posted every step of the way. Despite a few set backs with contracts falling over, Ryan always had a plan, approaching the situation from a different perspective which ultimately paid off. Ryan grossly misrepresented what he could sell my property for then pressured me to to sell for materially below what he represented he could achieve. He disregarded materially higher price offers than the one we ended up with. He did not present all purchase offers to me. He did not, as I expressly requested, liaise with my property manager during the sale. He took the master keys, promising to return them but then did not. Despite me expressly requiring him to liaise with my property manager, he attended the property and tenants without an entry notice, which distressed one of my tenants who was a victim of domestic violence - causing her great distress and causing her to call my agent in tears. He provided the wrong lease agreements (showing less rent than was actually achieving) to the market during marketing thus reducing the attractiveness of the property to prospective buyers. I actively recommend you look elsewhere for a sales agent

Ryan worked with us over 6 months to identify a suitable property to buy. Not many agents do this!! He found us an opportunity and worked hard to ensure settlement happened. I would definitely recommend to others.
