The worst experience I have ever had buying and selling properties. I redid the amended Contract as there were so many errors and then got asked to pay for it!! Got a stove that no longer worked post exchange and rubbish left at the property - not worth the pain of chasing. Oh, and we found on settlement day he had taken the spare keys from the lockbox at the property and not returned them - tradies were waiting for hours the next morning until he dropped them off. Just a few examples. Nightmare - just wanted it over and done with.
