DO NOT PAY FOR THE MARKETING PACKAGE! There is definitely no gains but a $7000K loss using this east coast style. Save your money. Poor high end market knowledge, no doubt he is much better at selling entry level properties Works for the buyer and NOT the seller Does not screen potential buyers so invests in people who are not able to purchase the property which results in time off the market while under contract. Positive - did assist by dropping $1000 off his final commission price to assist finalising the sale.
