We were very happy with Ryan from start to finish. His knowledge and professionalism ensured we had a quick and easy sale. He kept us informed and responded in a timely manner. While being professional he was also friendly and we felt he was genuine in trying to do the best for us.

We enlisted Ryan to sell our home. We live interstate, and left the keys in his possession. He did get us an offer, significantly lower than his appraisal value and by the way he was speaking we wouldn’t get much more so we took it. Then he arranged for a contractor to enter our property and paint walls that the buyers wanted done without our knowledge or approval before the contract was unconditional or settled. As a result of this action, the Buyers gained access to our house keys and began moving their belongings into our property. We only found out that this had occurred when we received photos from the yard maintenance contractor we had engaged. When I asked Ryan, he had no idea either. This would have to have been the most stressful time in my life. I would never recommend him to anyone.

i admit at first, I had reservations but eventually over the months I found him to be helpful and competent in his position and prepared to assist when required, irrespective of the ups and downs tabled by the buyer. Overall a pleasant surprise and experience
