Having decided to sell our property in Maroochydore, we gave Ryan a call to list our property. On arrival he said he was impressed with the presentation and would list the property for us. He listed it at 9am and had it sold in 90 minutes !!, plus the couple from Victoria stated that they would fly up in 48 hours to inspect and sign the contract during their visit. tThis was on the 16th,. September' Here is the link to our previous review regarding Ryan finding a villa for us in a retirement village. Our buyers had sold their property in Victoria and wanted settlement within 28 days, that was the 12th. October. Now Ryan had a dilemma, this was due to the vendor of the villa insisting he wanted to settle in mid December!. Ryan set up a 3 way phone call and after 3 hours convinced our buyers to wait until the 1st. December and in the meantime negotiated with us to assist (In a very small way) the buyers rent and furniture storage costs, this we were only too happy to do as it meant our sale was finalized there and then. We thought he had worked a miracle that day, but wait, he then negotiated an extremely good price on our Fridge/Freezer that our buyers were keen to purchase. At the end of a very hectic day of prolonged negotiations Ryan proved he was a 5 star agent, the motto to this story is: if you have something to sell then call Ryan, ( start packing before you call him) as he is a tireless worker and finally, if you want a first class communicator ( Hard to find after many agents promise so much and deliver very little), then once again Ryan is the agent for you. Ryan sold our other property and very quickly assisted us in obtaining a 3 bedroom villa in a retirement village. Negotiations were very difficult, as the owner required a relative in Victoria to take over the sale process. However, lucky for us we had Ryan handling the buying of the villa, and after some very long protracted negotiations plus the contractual requirements of the relative in Victoria, we were able to purchase the villa in question.
