Ryan's integrity and transparency in negotiating a property suitable for us was an outstanding outcome for us Having gone through a most stressful two months there was Ryan keeping us abreast of his actions and outcomes in securing our dream home relocation. there were many dramas and obstacles to overcome but reassuring phone calls and feedback conversations kept us up to speed on outcomes of current status and future actions. Bearing in mind we had sold our house in Hobart, Ryan was able to achieve the impossible and have us settled in Maroochydore within a two week timeframe was the efforts of a truly professional and committed representative of the Real Estate Institute

Ryan did all he could to ensure everything went smoothly and was vey knowledgable, patient and accommodating during the whole process.

Ryan was excellent to deal with as a buyer and looked after the interests of his seller at all times. Would recommend Ryan to other sellers as an upfront agent whose enthusiasm for the industry was refreshing.

Ryan was very polite and handled everything in a professional and courteous manner.

Ryan proved to be a very digilent and sophisticated sales agent. Ryan was always available to answer questions and acted upon all requests to deliver on my purchase. As a first time buyer I found Ryan to be very patient in helping me through the process and I highly recommend him and his team.

I attended an Open H:ouse where Ryan was the Agent. I found him extremely helpful and informative. Over the weeks there were a few problems brought up with the Building and Pest Inspections. Ryan worked with me in resolving these problems and was always available to help. During this time he arranged for the tradesmen to attend to matters and liaised with the owner. Because of his professionalism I was confident in anything he advised me on. Not only is Ryan very good at his job but he is also a genuine and likeable young man with a lovely personality, he was always well presented in his personal appearance and I would highly recommend him to anyone either buying or selling their property.

Ryan provided a very professional and informative service with regards to the purchase of mum's unit from a deceased estate. Many hurdles were needed to be jumped and Ryan was very attentive and provided an excellent service to overcome the obstacles under these unusual circumstances when dealing with property in deceased estates. He was always available when needed and his attention to detail was reassuring during the process. It was a delight to work with Ryan and he negotiated well between us and the sellers, especially with regards to conditions of the contract. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

I am well into my Senior years and have bought and sold many properties in my life, and consequently worked with many Real Estate agents and Ryan is one of the very best I have experienced!! The property Ryan sold for my wife and I, was part of the deceased estate of a close relative, so it was an emotional time. In fact, we lossed 3 close relatives in 4 weeks, and our lives were in turmoil! I am also fighting Cancer, so a lot of time is spent in various medical facilities. On top of all this, not one, but two Wills were lost in legal processing causing delays, confusion, and much added work. I only include these dramas because it directly impacts my opinion of Ryan. Not only did he sell the property, but through his negotiating skill, persistance and caring attitude, he managed to maintain the sale contract with the original buyer despite the legal confusion and dramas. On numerous occasions he went well out of his way demonstrating an exemplorary service attitude as he assisted us get through this very traumatic time in our lives, for what was a comparatively small sale. It has taken almost 6 months to finalise the sale due to the confusion caused by the legal team, and during that time I have come to know Ryan very well. He is a delightful young man with strong business and personal ethics; very effective sales & negotiating skills; a caring attitude which is very rare, and who never looses sight of the fact he is providing a service!! I would be happy to discuss Ryan's attributes in more detail if interested parties wish to contact me.

Ryan recently manged the sale of a unit of my fathers in Maroochydore and I found him to be personable, credible and effective in this matter. As usual not all aspects of a prospective sale are predictable and what is required is that those at the 'coal face' have the perception and tenacity to keep their clients up to date with changes and developments in a timely way and Ryan was excellent in this regard.

Ryan attained a quick sale for us at the price we wanted. He kept us informed throughout the sale process and was highly professional at all times. I will be using Ryan's services for any future sales and recommend him to others wanting a fuss-free sale of their property.

Ryan was on top of the sale every step of the way. He rang me at least weekly keeping me in the loop. He was aggressive in finding a buyer and couldn't be more helpful.

Ryan was great to deal with from start to finish, top bloke!
