Ryan, Tegan and Alicia were very easy to deal with and thoroughly professional throughout the whole process in the sale of our House. The photography, marketing and video were way above our expectations and we can not recommend them more highly to any prospective sellers.

Once you sign up Ryan never answers his mobile and sometimes didnt even call me back. I had to keep calling him. He left us sitting in a park several times as we were waiting for a call to tell us potential buyers had left our open house. Instead he left us sitting in park for over an hour until we decided to go back home ourselves. Very disappointed with the end result. BTW Ryan negotiated to 2.2% incl got commission. His advertising was non existent for nearly $2k. Calls social media his website and only put ad up on one website. The video was useless and we had to have video redone as didnt have beach in video but vacant dirt near house. Talks up his valuation and then talks you down once you signup. We should have gone with realway Brett was always answering my calls even when signed with Ryan.
