Ryan did a great job negotiating with our buyer. We had a few issues with the buyers demands that Ryan was able to sort out. He looked after us every step of the way. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone selling in the Elliot Heads to Bundaberg region that wants to get the best outcome for their listing.

We’ve used Ryan and his team multiple times now for both sides of the transaction and they continue to impress. If you’re looking for an agent who is down to earth, honest and also a great communicator, then be sure to contact Ryan.

The Weekes property team were very professional in every aspect, in assisting us with our recent property purchase. From the time we arrived right through to when I took ownership of my home , the Weekes property team had open and regular communication. If I had any questions they were always answered promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend Weekes property sales to anyone looking at purchasing realestate in Bundaberg. Certainly made the experience of buying my home very easy.

Made an initial good impression. Very good, realistic market and area knowledge. Well organised, ordered buying process with clear communication throughout.

Ryan was a complete professional from start to finish, his market knowledge was spot on ensuring a quick sale for us, with multiple offers coming through on our first open house. He kept us well informed the entire time and ensured a seamless transition from appraisal to settlement, while working with us to achieve our desired outcome, can not recommend Ryan and his team more highly.

I had a dream experience with Ryan and the team. They were professional and completely honest. This filled me with comfort and confidence. I could not recommend them highly enough.

We initially contacted a couple of Real Estate Agents when we were ready to put our house on the market. Ryan was the only one that really showed enthusiasm and told us our asking price was achievable. Every phone call or message to him was answered and we could not have asked for a better agent. Selling our home was very stress free with Weekes Property Co.

Out of area buyers - Thank you for all your help on the purchase of our property in Bundaberg. We appreciate the effort you put in with our buyers agent to make this a smooth transaction as it’s our first property we have bought in a different state. I would recommend Team Weekes for the purchase or sale of your property!

Ryan and team are friendly and efficient. He listened to my needs and offered helpful and professional advice. The cleaner and floor polisher he recommended were excellent. Best if all, he sold the property quickly at a great price. Highly recommended!

Alicia facilitated the sale of my property from beginning to end. She was knowledgeable, professional and just so wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend Weekes Property Co to anyone looking to sell their property.

Totally easy purchase, everything went straight forward and simple. Thanks guys for making it all run smoothly.

We recently settled on the sale of our home in Bargara. Ryan and his team have been fantastic from the start, from their knowledge of the current market, appraisal, communication, arranging inspections and getting us our asking price. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
