In my 35 years of property dealings i have never seen an agent working so methodically and consistently and late into the night to finalize a sale. They say the agent works for the vendor. I disagree. There is no vendor without a purchaser. They both want a successful end. It’s a very fine balancing act that requires skill and experience to keep both parties happy. We recently sold a property with Ryan Yan as our Agent. Be very careful - he did not honour his promised agreement with us. Don't trust his word. He charged us marketing costs we shouldn't have paid. I would advise against using him as your Agent.
