In my 35 years of property dealings i have never seen an agent working so methodically and consistently and late into the night to finalize a sale. They say the agent works for the vendor. I disagree. There is no vendor without a purchaser. They both want a successful end. It’s a very fine balancing act that requires skill and experience to keep both parties happy.
