Solid team lead by the most experience and knowledgeable person in this industry Mr. Sachin Khera. You and your team is real king of this area. Unbelievable customer service from each and every team member we met during our sales campaign. You look after your customers very well. Always ready to help anytime. Exceptional negotiation skills to make the deal happen while also making sure that buyer and seller are happy at the end. I have met many agents in this area in fact every single company who runs the sales campaign in the area including some big brands and seen them NOT giving much value to their customers unless they see a potential buyer/seller however your team who values each and every customer and treats them same is a real game changer for you. So keep working the way you guys are and you will be the KING of Western suburbs soon. All the best!!!!!

Fantastic Work by Team Eleet We’ve had superb experience and pleasure dealing with team Eleet from the time our discussion started until the property was SOLD, Sachin and Raj have been very responsive to our calls and messages. Whole team has worked really hard and the property was sold in just 10 days even though in this pandemic situation Thank you Sachin and Raj for All your effort. Good luck and keep up the good work

Easy to deal with I found Sachin to be great deal with during our negotiations. He was obliging to our requests and we felt he was quite honest and trustworthy, which is unusual for a Real Estate agent . Keep up the great work Sachin thx

We were searching for a property as our first home in Australia. We visited around 40 properties and different real estate firms but were't satisfied with either the property or the information we received from Agent. Finally, when we met Sital and Sunny and after we sought information from them we found it credible and informative and is on par with our research and experience we gained visiting 40 odd properties. We unequivocally decided to go with their recommendation and invested in our new home with less space for emotions and more relying on facts. We unconditionally recommend The Eleet for anyone who is serious about investing into property be it a first home or investments.

Sachin and Olivia kept me well informed on the progress of my offer and helped me throughout the process. They are very knowledgeable on the industry and good people to deal with.

Eleet real estate is the best in Tarneit. Sachin, Phillip and all staff are very friendly, helpful and they have done very well. Thank you guys!
