Sachin and Phillip are true to their words and promise to be able to sell my property within 30 days by Christmas. In view it was close to holiday period, they are able to leverage their pool of buyers and ran a successful sales campaign. As Sachin is busy with other portfolios, Phillip Dang had done a great job in setting priority over my property. He is always there to answer calls and give his full attention and never rush in our conversation. He is honest and objective on his opinion and willing to share his knowledge in real estate. I feel very comfortable dealing with Phillip. Over time I am 100% sure Phillip will make a great and strong real estate salesman with his traits. Sachin is a very experience salesperson, always deliver as expected. He has no problem selling fridges to Eskimo.

Most of people are usually looking for a big real estate agent to deal with, after looking for a medium size real estate agent though RateMyAgent. com, I decided to sign on the contract with The Eleet Wyndham City and put my house 31 Tigris Close Werribee on the market. Sachin and Phillip have been working well in team. They are professional and dedicated, have showed respect to the client and being truthful and sincere. I am also happy with the fees and commission I paid. Strongly recommended.

Sachin Khera has provided a good leadership in selling my property. Raj Panjwani was excellent throughout the sale period and always did his best to get the optimum price. Ali has also assisted the sale of my property. Overall, a great team.
