After a few months of deciding whether or not to sell our property given the vitality of the real estate market we had heard about Sachin's successes in Truganina and decided to call him for an initial discussion about selling out property. From that very first phone call a strong impression was set s Sachin answered the first time we called and made him self available to come see us, at a time convenient to us, within 24 hours. Upon the initial consultation Sachin was honest and transparent in his approach, not pushing us to list the property with him but rather listening to our thoughts and the position we were in. He gave us transparent advice, full transparency on costs and a realistic market evaluation for what he believed we would be able to achieve for our property. My wife and I thought about whether to list the property or not for a week, in which again we received no pressure from Sachin, and we then made the decision to proceed with selling our home. Sachin made himself and his team available at any time for us during the week to discuss anything that we wanted to discuss, most of the time he would answer calls without the need to leave a message and if a message was left there would be a very quick call back. He was even generous enough to offer us cleaning assistance for open homes, as we have young children, which we greatly appreciated. At every open home Sachin was professional, timely, recorded diligent notes and formed a solid action plan each week to drive true strong interest from buyers into our property. The final outcome was that we and Sachin achieved the goal price we were targeting as well as achieving a contract of sale that included everything that we required. His service and skills were that great we got out deposit available to us in our account within 2 weeks of the initial contract of sale that was proposed. My family and I couldn't thank Sachin enough for his efforts, value, honesty and excellent service.
