Whilst most houses were taking a minimum of 6 weeks to sell, Sachin was able to ensure our house sold within a month and that too for $10k more than we anticipated we would get. He did a very good job in communication and negotiation demonstrating his true talent at the negotiation stage to ensure more money was acquired for a sale. He went above and beyond during the campaign, ensuring a massive data base of potential buyers were contacted and held multiple opens (unheard of) during the week devoting time and skill to get the house sold.
