We spoke with Sachin and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which is located on the drive way in corner & tough to sell. A great service from one of the good guys. Selling a house is usually a stressful experience, but our house sale was actually quite positive. Our 3 bed unit was only on the market for just over a week, Sachin and Shannon managed to find a buyer and negotiate a sale that was above our initial estimate.
