Sachin gave me a good customer service experience . Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend him.Carry on Sachin Keep it up !!!
I am happy with Sachin Khera he had the ability to attract customers with his good communication and good explanation on the property. I am one example of among many other customers that I win(bought) this property 100% the result of Sachin Khera. I would like to thank him and the agency for the wonderful service. Keep up the good work. God bless you all.
I just bought my first house through Ray White Tarneit and Sachin Khera was great to deal with. Very patient and knowledgeable, and always had time for me when I had questions or concerns about the process. He constantly followed up with me and helped me stay on track, along with the bank and seller. I never had to worry that something was slipping through the cracks on his end.I always felt at ease with Sachin - like a friend. He never made me feel pressured to make a decision – that was incredibly important to me as I was a first-time home buyer and very unsure of what to do. He understands the market well and helped me secure the right home at a time when it’s been so challenging for so many. Overall I would highly recommend Sachin.
Sachin was an excellent agent right from the start. Sachin showed great customer services and great knowledge of the local market. Sachin really cares about both the buyer and the seller and got a great result for both parties. Would highly recommend.
He is very friendly . Very smooth person the best in customer service . Make us stress relief keeps in touch all the time till the end of purchase. Very humble and energetic
I highly recommend Sachin as a real estate agent because he sold my property more than what we expected . He was extremely professional and communicated constantly with us during the whole process from start to finish. Thank you once again Sachin for your brilliant service 😊
I feel that Sachin is quickly becoming the go to agent in the Truganina and Tarneit area. In my opinion, there would few agents who have a handle on the market in these suburbs in the same way Sachin has. Honestly, if you are thinking about buying or selling you really should give this guy a call. He knows the market and I think would do a really good job for you. I've sold a couple of properties with Sachin and he had them both sold in less than a couple of days.
Sachin Khera was very helpful from the start to end buying process. I highly recommend Sachin for future buyers and sellers. He is very easy to approachable person. He always available to answer my questions. He made my buying process so easy. He gave me all important information needed for my first home purchaser.
Sachin is a genuine nice guy always willing to help out the purchaser ,always available for communication to sought out questions that i had.Even after purchasing the property Sachin still communicated with me about how we are settling in the area of Truganina, nothing a problem for him. After moving a long distance family was hungry no time to cook dinner,Sachin brings us pizza and champagene a kindly gesture.I highly recommend Sachin to anyone who is thinking about buying or selling a house in the Truganina area.
I truly appreciate the services provided by Sachin Khera in relation to sale of my house. His dedication, commitment and perseverance have been amazing, and I highly recommend him as the preferred agent for property’s sale/purchase. Keep up the good work Sachin. RAJ
