Sahil Grover

I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Sahil Grover. My experience with him was extremely unprofessional and unnecessarily condescending. Instead of offering respectful and helpful communication, his responses were dismissive and patronising. At one point, he even went so far as to tell me how I was feeling — which is entirely inappropriate and inaccurate. His tone came across as sexist, making what should have been a straightforward process frustrating and unpleasant. Professionalism, respect, and clear communication are critical in real estate, and unfortunately, Sahil failed completely in all of these areas. Based on this experience, I would never use his services again, nor would I recommend him to anyone.

Sahil Grover and co re negotiated their fees. They were paid on 2 contracts. They lied to us about the offer on our house saying it was $920000 when it was $980000. They had already had the offer of $980000 then re negotiated their fees. When they asked to re negotiate their fees. The fees went from $13000 including marketing to $25000+. We said weren’t going to pay him the extra fees and he insisted we signed a legal document and that we needed to pay him. The 3 of them came to our house and put the pressure on and made us sign another contract. We found out from our purchaser that they only ever offered $98000 and not $92000. Don’t let them re negotiate their fees for more commission,he lies. We are very stressed as we have more debt to pay back. He also knows we are pensioners. We are taking them to vCat.

We can not speak more highly of Sahil's professionalism in handling the sale of our property. He constantly kept us appraised of his marketing strategy and how it was performing. Sahil was polite, easy to talk to. His expertise, knowledge of the area and understanding of our needs was unsurpassed. Comes highly recommended.
