My experience with Sahil started with a surprise, when he paid me a visit in Templestowe all the way from Point Cook. At that time my property was on sale and had been on the market for 5 months or so. Prior to that we put it on the market 2 years before and was obviously not successful. We had almost lost heart before Sahil's visit, given that it was our second attempt. Sahil has a down to earth style, and came prepared with all the information I asked for on the day. This was a totally different experience I had had with any other agent who would normaly tell me to wait for further email or calls. But Sahil prepared everything in advance. From the way he communicated, I could see his passion in his work and the sense of urgency he had for the customers. I decided to let him handle my property after I saw the testimony from his other customers who were in the same situation as I was and got their properties sold soon after Sahil took over. No harm trying right? Sahil provided me daily updates during the process of taking over from the other agency, which went with no drama at all. When the actual campaign started, he gave me updates at least twice a week. On the second week, I got an offer of 550K. I almost accepted it as this was within my expectation, and I just wanted to get it over with. Sahil surprised me when he told me we could wait for a better offer. Given that the price is close enough to the asking range, why would a property agent stop me from selling right? But I know I could trust him. A few weeks later we signed the contract for 555K.
