I don't know how he did it but he did, within two weeks at a price we are happy with and more than expected in these crazy times. Efficient, quick, responsive, and friendly. And a good middleman, as he worked well with the buyers who also sounded very nice, and helpful, no doubt thanks to Sahil's professionalism and friendliness. We of course would have liked to have stayed till after COVID but we couldn't risk any recession in Melb with rural prices constantly rising, and my child is attending 7 yrs at a rural uni, so we needed to get there asap. Sahil was a great choice. He was recommended by Find My Agent and the only one I liked of three that I spoke to. I'm happy my home will be rented for a while and the pool enjoyed for its last years before of course things change, but it's good to know my home is in safe hands and perhaps could have been less so if I hadn't chosen the right agent.
