Sahil worked hard to get a sale, conducting up to three open homes a week. Sahil was prompt with providing feed back after open homes, and suggesting what could be done to achieve a quick sale,as in property staging which Sahil organised. Well where do i start, from the beginning is a good start. We all know selling a property and moving is one of those most stressful things. The last thing we wanted was to be chasing a agent around for follow ups and seeing how your property is doing. Myself and my mum decided to move back to England so quite a lot of stress involved in the move let alone sell your property. Met Sahil, a really good agent who has a good attitude and looks to help the best way he can. This guy really did do a good job. Every opening day he was there followed up by a courtesy phone call to let you know about any potentials and numbers of people through the door. On the same day Sahil would call all the people who came through the door and follow up on their views of the property. He would then make a appointment with us to have alook at the market and make us understand what it is going on rather than to be oblivious. Sahil is a very thorough agent and this is just what we needed as we had enough on our plate. If only agents in England had the same drive and passion as Sahil things would be alot easier here.
