We couldn't have been happier with Sally and her assistant Jay. The whole process from start to finish was smooth, easy and stress free. We felt that Sally's hard work, professionalism, attention to detail and local knowledge were key factors in achieving a sale price that totally exceeded our expectations . We also highly valued Sally's integrity and down to earth manner, her sound judgement and open communication.
Sally was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Always professional, knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect of our house sale. Thank you!
Absolutely delighted with my dealings with Sally Dodd and her assistant Jay at McGrath Hornsby. Thoroughly professional and personable, Sally knew the market in the area and designed a campaign which was suitable and sensible for my property. At no time did I feel pressured or out of touch with the process of my campaign. Communication was quick with regular updates on the status of my sale. Sally put a lot of effort into the sale and went out of her way to help get the deal through, and it was a fabulous result. I would thoroughly recommend Sally without hesitation.
Having just sold two properties with Sally's help we cannot recommend her too highly. From a large 5-br family home to a 1-br Loft apartment, Sally is a superlative communicator, negotiator and manager of the sale process. She looks after you! We felt cared for in her very capable, hard-working hands. She also contributed great ideas on how to present the properties to maximum effect. We really appreciated her being team-player and found her easy to work with and friendly at all times. She's a gem!
Charming and capable [ just like she told me she was... ;-) ]
Sally was very professional in her work ethic. She had a very good rapport with our family. The process went very smoothly and we were very happy with the result.
Sally exceeded all our expectations - meticulous professional and friendly. Fantastic communication -at all times our sale was in the best of hands. We felt so confidant and comfortable knowing that Sally was in control and could not recommend her services highly enough.
I had had some very negative experiences with another real estate agent when I called Sally, so I was not easy to impress, but Sally is outstanding. Sally's knowledge of the market is excellent; she does her homework before she suggests anything and she always kept me in the loop around any approach she took, or any ideas she had. Most importantly, she assured me that the negative experiences I'd had to date were not good enough and she reaffirmed my faith in the real estate industry. My property had been on the market for eight months before I came to Sally. Following a few simple suggestions she made around pricing, timing and advertising, it was sold in three weeks. Thank you Sally.
We would like to recommend Sally Dodd as your agent because of her honest, caring approach to achieving a sale. We found her at all times be professional and pleasant to us and potential buyers. During the marketing plan we were kept well informed at all times of progress to the end result . John and Rhonda Devenport
