Really the sale was a culmination of many things that you set in motion and with a little bit of luck, resulted in a tremendous outcome for the client. Initially after being appointed by Michael to conduct the sale of his Aunt's unit, you met with him at the unit, made certain suggestions as to how to improve the property to present it in the best possible way, and Michael accepting your professional advice. You organised the carrying out of such work and once the property was ready to be placed on the market, oversaw the inspections and reported to Michael the feedback from the prospective purchasers so he was fully aware of the going ons at all times. You liaised with the prospective buyers and with a little bit of luck achieved an extraordinary outcome for the client. No doubt other owners in the block will start talking non-stop about the sale.
