Hi Sally, I want to thank you and your team for the fantastic job you did in facilitating a great result at auction last night. A new record for 'The Terraces'. It is bittersweet in that it is the passing on of the final link to our beautiful father. He would be so happy for us to have the benefit of such a fine result, thanks again for helping to make it possible.

Sally Hampshire sold our late father's apartment. Sally's experience, tenacity and energetic nature was fantastic. The auction result was excellent, and we could not have been more pleased. It was an absolute pleasure working with Sally and I would highly recommend her.

Dear Sally, over a very very long period you have been the most wonderful, understanding agent. Your thoughtfullness, kindness, loyalty and honesty to make decisions have been to say at the least amazing, and led to eventually selling my apartment. No-one could have been more patient than you, plus, you put hours and hours into helping me have the place organised to sell and then with your patience and such hard work, you produced a great price at the end. I am so grateful to have met you and your sincere help over a long period of time. You have been a wonderful Real Estate Agent, the best in Sydney as far as I am concerned - no one that I have come across in the eastern suburbs real estate world would have had the same understanding of my situation. You have never 'acted as an agent', only like a good, understanding friend and I am so thankful. Your vision to sell a property is extraordinary. Again, I say thank you.

Sally, Enormous thanks to a very brilliant lady; in every step of the way you have been impeccable. To the whole team, a very big thank you. The auction was better than perfect and what an amazing result! Again, a very big thank you

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sally Hampshire as the selling agent for my Point Piper apartment. This apartment proved quite difficult to sell owing to difficulties outside of my control, however Sally persevered with a willing smile and abundant encouragement throughout the entire process. Sally Hampshire exhibits professional integrity above and beyond all expectation. I have bought and sold a lot of properties over the years; however, never have I met a Sale Agent who represents the Real Estate Industry with such passion for excellence. I thoroughly recommend Sally to all future prospective vendors; she will not disappoint.

Sally you are amazing, thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart

Dear Sally, once again your caring expertise has been greatly appreciated. Not being pressured, being kept up to date and your professionalism has meant we would never use any other agent.

Thank you Sally for your extraordinary efforts in bringing this matter to an exchange. In over 40 years of practice, I must say this was one of the most unusual exchanges - agent and vendor in London and contracts as far apart as possible!
