Made it easier for me selling & buying with the same agent. Good choice for me the funds for the sold property put straight on to my purchased property. Without the schamers getting a chance to hijack me. Only two buyer were shown through my place by the agent. Both willing to pay the asking price. Unfortunately one has missed out. Glad to be in my new home by christmas.
