Initially, our contact was with Neil who was out of town at the time and referred us to Sally. We were able to make a time very quickly to inspect the property of interest and sally was very accommodating. The initial house was not quite what we had in mind, but Sally was "able to read the room" and understood our requirements. Sally suggested another house very nearby and showed us straight away. Sally was very friendly and approachable. She responded to queries promptly. The regular face-to-face meetings were very helpful to answer queries and help us understand the situation and make informed decisions. Sally provided good advice which resulted in a positive outcome. Even though we didn't get the price we wanted, in a worsening market Sally was able to achieve a price that we expected.
