In a super hot property market it is never easy to establish your property price point especially when it is unique, so we listened to our agent we marketed with a Best Offers strategy and it paid dividends. We did not have to sell, but recognising the rare conditions the market was in, we dipped our toe in the water and ended up selling. We did some research and so did Sally and we agreed what we thought we could achieve and we were pretty well on the money. The unit was under Contract within the week and settled in three weeks and happened very efficiently. Sally was a great communicator, we knew daily what was happening as the offers came in and Sally negotiated with the buyers.
