Sam was great support for the purchase of the apartment as it was not straight forward and required a bit of to and fro with the previous owners. He was not always available when called on the phone but he always called back regardless of day of the week or the time of day. Sam would then happily spend as long as necessary discussing details and providing advise to assist in progressing with the purchase.

Our property was sold at auction last weekend and Sam's efforts as our agent exceeded our expectations. Not only were we extremely pleased with the result, but the entire selling process was a positive and refreshing experience.
