Sam was extremely helpful throughout the initial inspection and listing of our Mum's property. We were all very happy with the manner in which he went about organising and conducting the open houses. Our buyer was not very easy to deal with and Sam was able to negotiate through the sales process for us, getting a price which we were happy with. He also went above and beyond making himself available a number of times to show the buyer the furniture which we were pleased to sell with the property. This saved us a great deal of effort and time as we had to travel long distances to get to East Maitland.
