As a first home owner, it was very stressful, I had been searching for a property for awhile and went through many different real estate agents. I would most definitely recommend Sam Outch! He had fantastic customer service, great market knowledge, and most importantly at a more personal level, incredible communication skills. This I find is very important as the process of getting into the property market isn’t the easiest thing to go through and with the support of a fantastic realestate agent like Sam, I believe he was the reason for a very smooth and easy process for myself.
