I recently sold my apartment prior to auction through Domain Residential. Initially I was going to sell through the agent that was renting the property on my behalf but I changed my mind as I didn't feel comfortable with their approach and their price expectations were $100K higher than the market was reflecting which was unrealistic. My decision to go through Domain was based upon other people's experiences who said that they were honest and professional. I'm glad that I listened to their advice as the process from beginning to end was very smooth. Prior to marketing Sam and I discussed my price expectations and he gave his advice on the current market conditions which I agreed with. I sold prior to auction and the price was at the upper end of the price range that we I was hoping for which was great. Sam and his colleague Nik were in constant contact with me throughout the entire process to advise and guide me, so I felt like they were acting on my behalf rather than trying to get a quick sale like most agents do. Selling a property can be stressful so it's great to have a trusted and professional team on your side. I won't use anyone else in the future.
