Although Sam was essentially the vendors agent, as a buyer I found him realistic, having a clear perspective of the market and very professional in his follow up. Every buyer is looking for an equitable deal, with due acknowledgement to market forces and specific circumstances. It is therefore ultimately in the vendors favour for the agent to be able to establish positions of trust with prospective buyers in the negotiation process. Sam was able to establish that whilst being protective of the vendors interests and was a pleasure to deal with.
