Sam and his team are outstanding. Extremely professional and knowledgeable, always timely, transparent and supportive. Great communication meant it was a smooth sale process and we are delighted with both the outcome and the journey. So thankful we chose Sam as our agent.
Sam is honest and is happy to give you his time. I’ve recently purchased a property from Sam at Crowder’s realestate and was very happy with the ease of transaction. Sam is honest and is happy to give you his time to answer any questions you may have. I have now brought and sold property through Sam and was impressed both times.
From listing to sale, Sam and his crew have been excellent, despite there being some difficulties with the property. Could not be faulted, outstanding!
We implemented a rigorous process for selecting an agent that could achieve a superior result.A short field were invited to provide a presentation before interview. Crowders Real Estate provided a comprehensive presentation with facts needed to make an informed decision. We were impressed with the selling methodology to maximise the outcome. The final sale price was better than expected due to Crowders selling process. Crowders are professionals and know the local market extremely well.
Your assistance in preparing the home and expertise throughout the marketing campaign was second to none! When it came to finalising offers, you held our hand through out this process and our end result was above and beyond our "dream figure". We simply could not have asked more from you and could not have done it without you. We wasted our time speaking with other agents before you and I am telling other's not to WASTE THEIR TIME, USE SAM - he can be your man TOO!
Within 3 weeks of making initial contact with Sam we had signed up with Crowders Real Estate, all the advertising done, had 3 open for inspections and SOLD at a great price. The team at Crowders kept us informed throughout the process and we can not speak highly enough of their professionalism, dedication and enthusiasm. We know we made the correct decision in getting Crowders to sell our home.
Very accurate estimate of value and very effective sale and marketing process
Absolute pleasure to deal with Sam! Very professional and attention to detail was second to none!! Upon meeting Sam for the first time I knew the sale of my property was in good hands! Highly recommended

From the start Sam and Nerral and Marnie were very honest and helpfull and couldn't have done a better job in selling our home. Sam and the team at Crowders real estate have been incredible! This is our second time working alongside Sam and it won’t be the last!
After speaking to several different agents in the area in our search for a new home, Sam was by far the most professional, honest and helpful.
Sam is very well versed on the market & delivered on his promises with no fuss. We would recommend Sam to any potential Vendors or buyers.
