I have purchased out of my area, Sam was willing to help in any way that he could offering suggestions , providing information in regard to local trades people that he uses himself. Really helpful. Thanks Sam
Great Agent to work with, good market knowledge and insight. Highly recommended by a delighted customer.
This is the first house I have sold, so bare with me here. I was bombarded with agents requesting to sell my property after listing it on ‘findandagent.com.au’ So I got to see and meet a lot of agents in a very short period of time. This opened my eyes very early on and showcased the fact that not all agents are the same nor are they equal. I could not believe how unprofessional and over the top some agents are. Unable to adapt to the demographic they were hoping to appeal to, and unable to pry themselves away from their poorly written script like response’s. To have Sam and Marne walk in via a recommendation rather than the “noise” I had previously dealt with due to that horrible web page, was a breath of fresh air and a complete relief. They made everything easy, straight forward and had no smoke or mirrors. They are easy to talk to and are unbelievably prompt with responses. Even when they are under the pump. Can not recommend Crowders real estate higher. I have had 4 other close friends sell through them, and every single one has had a huge result. Thank you guys.
Sam & his professional team were fabulous from start to finish. Their service & attention to detail could not be faulted. I was constantly updated & fully informed through out the entire process. They also achieve an amazing out come!!!
Sam has deep industry knowledge and a genuine passion for his profession. He is empathetic with the buyer in terms of finding the right fit whilst maintaining his responsibility to his client - seeks a win/win outcome.
Sam’s easy going and friendly manner made it much easier to process a difficult and potentially stressful decision. We are very happy with the eventual outcome.
The buying experience with Crowders Real Estate, Sam Crowder, was at all times professional and Sam always provided excellent advice and up to date information during the buying process. I will not hesitate to use Sam in the future and cannot recommend him highly enough.
Couldn’t have asked for a better agent, Sam was very professional throughout the whole campaign, but he was also very down to earth and extremely easy to deal with.
Sam (and the team) made the process a dream. He was professional, friendly, helpful and proactive. He knew the house, the area, the market and the process intimately and offered excellent guidance from start to finish.
