Sam is an absolute gentleman and his friendly personality makes the task of selling and buying a house easy and stress free. Sam always makes himself available to discuss the ins and outs of sales and has an honest and realistic approach to his job. It is an absolute pleasure to work with Sam and his team and I couldn’t recommend Crowder’s Real estate any higher.
He was extremely professional and relatable. We loved the experience of purchasing a property through Crowders Real Estate
Sam was very responsive with communication and follow up regarding the purchase, very helpful in facilitating purchase transactions and sharing knowledge regarding the property and area.
Hi, from the moment I met Sam he presented in a warm, professional, experienced manner. His knowledge of Real Estate in our area shone through. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Sam for any Real Estate matters.
Sam and his team are very professional but relaxed at the same time. We have sold two properties with Sam, he understands the area very well and he worked with our distance and time limitations. We were very pleased with the outcome of the sale. He is always happy to receive our phone calls and answer any questions. He knows his business well. Can’t recommend him more highly.
Sam was knowledgable and professional every step of the way. He commuicated just enough throughout the process, was open and honest every step of the way and helped us achieve a selling price above our initial expectation. I'd highly recommend Sam and his team.
Again an absolute delight to deal with Sam. Nobody knows the peninsula quite like Sam and I cannot recommend him more highly. This is third property in 8 years that Sam has sold for us and every time has been a Breeze in terms of the process and the outcome. If you are looking for a professional with a great sense of the market and a generous personality to boot, look no further than Sam. Nathan and Jahna.
From the moment we met Sam his genuine and open nature shone through and we felt we had an instant new friend. He was not ‘pretentious’ like many estate agents can be and was not ‘salesy’ in any way. You’re immediately put at ease. I would highly recommend as I’ve never met Real Estate Agents of this calibre. You cannot go wrong and they will look after both vendors and buyers throughout the whole journey. Honestly everyone in the business is just delightful. I look forward to hopefully more dealings together in the future. I wouldn’t trust anyone else they have my business for life.
Sam and the team at Crowders were absolutely fabulous in selling our property. Communication was clear and advice was spot on! They just made it so painless!
Sam and the team at Crowders were great to deal with, knowledge of the area helped identify the hot spots. Happy to recommend Crowders.
Great communication and knowledge. Very helpful with assisting with property maintenance.
