Sam had 40 plus potential buyers look at 2 Suttor Place Baulkham Hills on the first, half hour, open day and as a result five offers received - week later one of the offers accepted. At the time of this sale the Hills area is one of Sydney's slowest property markets however, they forgot to tell Sam. A great result but sale happened so fast we haven't had a chance to find a new home to buy, which is a good problem to have.
