Sam sold our townhouse located in Baulkham Hills. He is a complete professional, and I have absolutely no reservations about recommending him for any real estate transaction. Our townhouse was located in a very desirable neighbourhood and, in my view, it would not have taken much marketing to fetch a price that would have satisfied us. Other realtors may have taken this as an opportunity to go easy on the marketing. Not Sam. He and his team produced an incredible brochure and other marketing collateral highlighting not only the desirable aspects of the home, but also the unique aspects of the part of the neighbourhood where it is located. He also organised open houses over a period of two weeks, including two on weekdays. Overall, his marketing efforts went above and beyond what we could have expected. Our home sold for more than what we expected, and I attribute this to Sam's marketing and sales talent. He and his team are also incredibly organised. This helped in many respects, but especially with preparing the property for sale, communication, documents, reviewing offers and finalising the transaction. Sam and his team were always available to answer questions, and they always did so in an informative and timely manner. Sam in particular updated us at every stage of the process providing detailed feedback and advice enabling us to make informed decisions. On top of all of this, Sam is a great person and, as you would expect, the people on his team are also very nice. I recommend Sam for any real estate transaction in The Sydney Hills District. He is exceptional, and would be an asset to to anyone buying or selling real estate.
Having searched around various properties, encountering different agents - we really appreciated our interactions with Sam. As guardian explains in their brochure, they sit back at inspections and let you come to them , which is much nicer. Throughout the entire process , Sam was honest , really easy to work with and had brilliant communication. Seriously a hard working agent for both vendor and bidder.
