Sam is one of those understated people that you meet in life that you have an immediate affinity with, someone who subtly commands respect and instills instant credibility in his approach, someone you trust implicitly. We were recommended to Sam and having met with him, didn't bother seek a second opinion. We knew instantly he was the person we wanted to engage with. Sam was patient whilst we came to a decision to sell our property appreciating we had a number of factors we were working through. He kept us regularly updated with the state of the market without being pushy and he supported and respected all aspects of our decision making process. There were no false pretenses with Sam.
