Honest, reliable and understanding

We were in two minds whether to sell our beautiful home, we invited several agents to review and Sam (Danckert) was one of them, Sam was far more understanding of our predicament, understanding that we were really in two minds about selling, taking on board we would only sell if the price was right, and with this in mind he gave us a fair and realistic valuation in today's difficult market. With this in mind, Sam's valuation was the best out of all the agents and we were happy with the price that we sold for. Selling a house can be challenging and emotional, especially if you have put allot in, Sam understood this and never applied any pressure for us to move forwards at any time, I would highly recommend Sam & Danckert Real Estate to anyone who is thinking of selling, we are very happy with our outcome and look forward to moving on.
