Their market knowledge, advice on presentation, security at open for inspections, communication, advertising campaign and general professionalism was second to none. It was a very relaxed experience which can only be put down to the confidence that both myself and my partner had in Sam and Chris. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly use them as my preferred agent on any further property purchases or sales.

Sam was really lovely and informative from the very beginning. She kept us in the loop every week during inspections and was very honest with regards to our price expectations. If I had to buy or sell in the Richmond area again, I wouldn't hesitate to use Sam at Biggins and Scott again.
