Sam Dowding tells the truth. I believe this is her most important asset. We were renovating and half thinking of selling, Sam convinced us that we could sell it quickly but, we had a bit to do. Sam visited throughout the Renos and gave feedback. This feedback spurred us on every time she visited. Then it was time to put it on the market. Sam told us what to leave in the house to make it look right and it sold extremely quickly. We now consider her a friend and will be invited to our house warming. A real estate that tells the truth!!!
