It has been a long time since we sold a property and Sam guided us through the process answering any questions or concerns we had. Our contact Sam Fenna was great to deal with. As we currently live 4 hours from Melbourne literally all our dealings apart from the initial inspection had to be done by phone. Sam was always prompt always at returning my phone calls if he was not available at the time, and always polite and courteous. Buying a home is something most of us only do once or twice in our lives and it can be quite a daunting experience. Sam Fenna guided the stylist team and photographer to help present our apartment in the best possible light. The marketing campaign was excellent - great descriptions/text. I would have preferred a private sale campaign rather than an auction which added time to the waiting period and additional stress as a result, but felt I needed to trust his experience in the market. Sam provided regular updates following inspections, with updates of potential new buyers. He proved to be persistent in his work towards selling our property and near the end, when hope was fading, he became positive which gave us hope. He's given us a sale result, and also helped the new owners get a good foothold into the market.

Hank and I have acquired and sold a few places now, allowing us to compare this one to previous experiences. Sam has been the most personable, courteous, efficient, competent, and 'human' agent we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
