A very well presented lovely agent

We recently sold our Melbourne apartment and Sam and the team at Hocking and Stuart sold it by Auction for us. Sam organised removal of furniture and new painting etc. we didn't have to go to the apartment once until the day of the auction and the apartment looked amazing. Sam was always in contact with us after each opening the day of the auction came and the property was sold. Hocking and Stuart ( Sam ) took care of every thing for us it was such an easy sale. I would definitely use Sam again to sell a property for us he is a 10/10
