Our house was what you would call unconventional in its layout so the approach needed to be suited to marketing all its other great features and the area which he had great knowledge on. The amount of extra service was great over summer when there were very few opens or people around. They adjusted their marketing around the different demands and didn't leave one stone un- turned to get the sale. We always felt we were the safest hands - Sam also sold us the house we now live in now and sold us our old house - So we got a great experience on both sides of buying and selling
