This is the 2nd time i have sold a home with Sam and i can honestly say he has never failed me. In this instance i needed Sam to sell a property that had many issues, and as my architect said when i was working through the planing stages, i gave him a "hamburger with the lot" - it was this hamburger that Sam sold for me.
