So we discussed different tactics and decided to auction so we could have some closure as there were many people looking and interested but with the market down, buyers are biding their time even when they see something they like. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sam and Rhi, they did a great job with the advertising, the copy, arranging the photos and most importantly keeping me up to date with every single detail by email, text or phone even on their days off.
