A GREAT result this past Saturday from Sam Gamon and the Chisholm & Gamon team in selling our Elwood apartment. Sam and his team lived up to their promises. They made what is usually a very stressful time as least stressful as possible. Sam's knowledge of the area was very accurate when it came to appraisal so there was a realistic expectation from the start which I appreciated.
