I cannot recommend Sam and Penny from Klemich Real Estate highly enough when it comes to selling our house. A very pleasant, no pressure approach to getting our business, followed by a very professional process of attracting interest in the property. As we were outside the country the whole time we were very dependent on them both and their integrity. They never let us done and kept us very well informed throughout. Sam also volunteered to water the garden and arrange lawn mowing in our absence. The house sold before auction for a price that we were all well pleased with. Sam together with Troy Tyndall did a great job of selling my home. There was enthusiasm, vision of what the house could be, valuation and support. They had a network of tradies (painters, electricians, videographers, photographers, maintenance, carpet contractors, pop up furniture etc who could respond quickly by quoting against a colour scheme specified by the real estate agents designed to spruce up the house and maximise cost/value. They managed all thisso that within 2 months the house was in the market and so,d the first weekend. They even came and did some maintenance work themselves a few days before the first open. The kngo g communication, advice and support was great Sam has maintained contact, advice and support beyond settlement which is much appreciated. They even funded professional drone and 3d (dollhouse) content about my house which was exceptionally well done I wou,d recommend Sam and the team in the future as they truly go beyond what most real agents do to sell the property but also to support he vendor.
