The first year went in about 6 months! we then had some travel for 2 months; late August to Mid October, bringing back a rotten dose of Flu, and only about now, feeling ok again! I think you would agree we had some luck, however, causing Aptmt 7 to be still available and finished building when we were finally ready to purchase.
